Drilled holes in the aft baffle assembly for upper plug wires, oil pressure sensor wires and CHT wires. Installed grommets and fitted the wires.
Cut the intake pipe to intake manifold hose to 2.5" length. This keeps the entire connector hose within the baffle area. Before connecting the intake pipe, I slipped a 2-220 o-ring over the tube to help fill some of the gap through the baffle. Hopefully pressure within the forward cowling will press the o-ring against the baffle, creating something of a seal around the pipe.
